Ms. Michal Rubin is originally from New York, and settled in Israel in December 2004. She holds an Honors B.A. in Sociology, with an emphasis on social change, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is currently studying for her Master’s Degree at Tel Aviv University, in a track focused on Social Change Organizations.
Prior to joining the Peres Center, Michal worked in the field of education. She spent one year as a teacher in the small town of Kazan, Russia and held a position in the Education Department of the Jewish Agency in New York.
She joined the Peres Center in January 2006; her work focuses on maintaining and managing contacts with partners from around the globe – including the Peres Center's international Friends Associations, organizing high-profile meetings, conferences and delegations, overseeing report and proposal submissions, coordinating informational materials for donor and other interested parties and more. |
