Over 600 business meetings annually facilitated between Palestinian businesspeople with Israeli companies, resulting in commercial deals valued at millions of shekels each year.


Project Aim

Ma’antech aims to integrate Israeli-Arab engineers into the Israeli High Tech industry. The project was founded by Cisco’ Chairman and CEO, Mr. John Chambers and the President of the state of Israel, Mr. Shimon Peres, and was announced on February 2011. Three years into the project and the number of Arab engineers in the industry was doubled.


How It Works

Ma’antech provides toolkits to the employers and the candidates to bridge the gap between to two: Soft Skills workshops by Kav-Mashve, Campuses Ambassadors program to outreach Arab students and provide in-campus mentorship, the program operates by AppleSeed Academy, and Mentorship program, ran by Tzofen, in which senior engineer mentor Arab candidate.


Ma’antech consists of a coalition of over than 40 Hi-Tech companies who committed and are making a true effort to create a change. Ma’antech provides diversity workshops and recruiting services to the coalition companies.
