External Relations Coordinator for the Development and External Relations Department of The Peres Center for Peace and Innovation

 

Job Description


• Administrative coordination of donations, mailing lists, incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Administrative coordination of computerized customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Writing letters, updates, reports, and other documents
• Coordinating and supervising interns and volunteers
• Coordinating with various international Friends Associations
• Translations from Hebrew to English of various organizational documents
• Reports to and works closely with the Deputy Director General of Development and External
Relations

 

Job Qualifications


• Mother tongue English with strong Hebrew
• Strong administrative abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet long-term deadlines while also juggling urgent requests
• Strong computer skills
• Identification with the values of the organization

 

Part-time Job - 70%, immediate start date
Position is located at the Jaffa office
